About Me

Everyone has or will reach a point in their life that will have them thinking they need to make a change. Luckily I came across this mindset at the age of 15 years old and I am now currently 24. I have been so driven since, even through High School I rarely played sports just so I could go workout, while also working a job I received the same time. I grew up never even thinking I would pick up a weight or working a job so I can start buying things I have always wanted. Now, this isn't me telling a story about how I grew up with nothing or that I am not supposed to be where I am today. I believe only you can make your changes in your life and you have to hold yourself accountable. I appreciate every day what I have came to be, where I am, sacrificing so much to live a dream not many people follow through. I work hard every day, train harder every day just to remember where I started and enjoy the process of becoming exactly who I want to be.

A little bit about me after I graduated High School, I left shortly three weeks after and joined the military. I went through the Military Police Academy learned what every soldier has gone through to once again realizing what we had before it is taken just like the freedom to go to a gym. Once training was over and I was able to go back to living a free lifestyle of my choice, going into a gym again after six months is overwhelming. I have learned how to become more aware of myself and the people around me that the military helped me realized what I really wanted to do as a career. No, it was not the military, even though it is a great career path. I believe it helped me with a head start in life and to put me through school to help better educate myself so I could help others feel the way I do about a life-changing experience. Listen I don't know about anyone else but, it just really surprises me for those who have not felt what I have and that is really why, me helping you reach your goals is just as important than my own. I truly love this field of study and not only will I help you change your body but I'm hoping to change your mindset and open your eyes to a whole different world.

Currently, I am living in DC working on my Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. All of 2019 I was in prep to compete in my first show in Men's Physique Bodybuilding in Baltimore Maryland in March 2020. Due to COVID, I was not able to compete but I am training so when I do find another show. I will be ready but in the meantime training, school, and helping other reach their goals is my top priority.
